By using AiScore.Store (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The Service
AiScore.Store provides automated scoring, reports, and related recommendations on the AI-friendliness of websites and local business listings. Free tiers and paid tiers may be offered. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
Accounts
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@aiscore.store immediately.
Acceptable use
- No scraping our site or APIs in a way that violates technical limits or abuses shared infrastructure.
- No submitting URLs, content, or queries that are illegal, harmful, or that infringe on third-party rights.
- No reverse engineering, copying, or rebranding our scoring outputs to create a competing service.
Payments & refunds (future)
When paid plans launch, fees will be billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. One-time services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Reports & recommendations
Scores and recommendations are produced by automated systems and human review. They’re directional, not guarantees. Search and AI rankings depend on factors outside our control. We make no promise of specific traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual property
We own the Service, our scoring methodology, and the AiScore name and marks. You own the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the Service to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active accounts.
