Privacy Policy

AiScore.Store (“AiScore,” “we,” “us”) operates a US-based service that scores how visible local businesses are to AI systems. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use the site, we collect:

  • Account & form data: the email address, website URL, industry, and ZIP code you submit.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, referring URL, and pages viewed (cookies, server logs).
  • Payment data (future): when paid plans launch, card-based billing will be processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers; we only retain the limited metadata Stripe returns (last-4, brand, billing email).

How we use it

  • To produce and deliver your AI Score and follow-up emails.
  • To send transactional messages (receipts, reports) and, with your consent, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To improve the product and detect abuse/fraud.

Data storage

Submissions are stored in US-region Postgres databases run by our infrastructure providers. We retain submissions and account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so within 30 days (see “Your choices” below).

We do not sell your data

Full stop. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing) under standard confidentiality terms.

Your choices

  • Access & deletion: email hello@aiscore.storefrom the address on file and we’ll export or delete your data.
  • Marketing opt-out: every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Cookies: only essential cookies are used by default. Optional analytics cookies (when enabled) can be declined via your browser settings.

Regional notes (US, CCPA, GDPR)

We acknowledge that residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, port, and delete personal data. To exercise those rights, contact us at the address below. We’ll customize this section as we expand into new regions.

We’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be sent by email to account holders.
